Another Qualkem Apprentice Achieves Success, Congratulations Chloe!

We're thrilled to announce that Chloe Webster, a valued member of the Qualkem team, has successfully completed her Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship.

As a second-generation family-run business with over 50 years of chemical manufacturing heritage here in Cheshire, we know that our success is built on the skills, dedication, and passion of the people on our factory floor and in our offices every day.

Chloe's achievement is a fantastic example of what can happen when a motivated individual is given the opportunity to learn and grow. Throughout her apprenticeship, Chloe has developed practical, industry-recognised skills in warehouse operations and supply chain management — skills that are vital to keeping Qualkem running smoothly and delivering for our customers.

We'd like to extend a huge thank you to Andy Coomer, Lead Skills Coach for Apprenticeships at Stoke-on-Trent College, who has supported Chloe throughout her journey. The partnership between Qualkem and Stoke-on-Trent College reflects our commitment to working with local education providers to create real career pathways for people in our region.

Qualkem's Tom Handcock, our Supply Chain & Quality Controller, has played a key role in mentoring Chloe on site, ensuring that her learning in the classroom was matched by hands-on experience in a busy, real-world manufacturing environment.
